How can Salicylic Acid help acne-prone skin?
Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid, or BHA, a more oil-soluble acid which can better penetrate into the pores of your skin. Salicylic acid helps to reduce surface sebum levels and dissolve skin debris to help unclog pores – the main cause of acne.
How to use Obagi CLENZIderm M.D.™ Daily Care Foaming Cleanser

Use a pea-size amount of product and a little water to lather this cleanser. Massage your entire face and neck.

Rinse skin thoroughly with warm water and gently pat dry with a clean towel or flannel

Wait 10 to 15 minutes to allow your skin to dry completely before applying other skincare products

Start cleansing daily, then gradually increase to 2 or 3 times daily if needed or as directed by your skincare professional

If dryness becomes bothersome, reduce cleansing to once a day or every other day as directed by your skincare professional
